RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Term of use: Seller sales, conveys and transfers all right to buyer. The Buyer agrees to pay unto LOR Fashion Design the Sum of the purchase in full.

Delivery and Acceptance: Upon acceptance of product by buyer, such acceptance shall acknowledge that product is in good condition and that the buyer is satisfied with same and LOR Fashion Design has made no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, with respect to such item of product. All products are sold in an "as is" condition.

Return or Destroy/Stolen products: LOR Fashion Design Notwithstanding any loss, theft, destruction, or damage of any item, and do not accept return product, the payments as contained herein are nonrefundable.

Taxes Shipping and Delivery: All taxes, shipping and delivery associated with all purchase agreements shall be paid by the buyer.
