RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At L OR Fashion Design, we are committed to providing clear and transparent information about our products and purchasing policies. Please carefully review the product description, photographs, available sizes, measurements, colors, materials, and other product information before completing your purchase.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
L OR Fashion Design does not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases made directly through our website are final and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange due to:
- Change of mind
- Buyer's remorse
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Incorrect product selection
- Failure to review the product description
- Failure to review available measurements or size information
- Personal preference regarding fit, color, style, or appearance
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Final Sale Policy.
2. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER BEFORE PURCHASING
Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before placing an order, including:
- Product description
- Product images
- Size and measurement information
- Color selection
- Product specifications
- Quantity
- Shipping information
- Applicable product details
Once an order has been submitted, customers should carefully review their order confirmation.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Because many L OR Fashion Design products may enter processing or production shortly after an order is placed, orders cannot be canceled once processing or production has begun.
4. INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Although L OR Fashion Design does not accept ordinary returns or exchanges, we want customers to receive the product they ordered in acceptable condition.
If your order arrives different from the product you ordered, please contact us at lorfashiondesigned@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Your name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging, when applicable
After reviewing the information, L OR Fashion Design will determine the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved claim may result in a replacement.
This process is not a general return or exchange program. It applies only to verified issues involving incorrectly fulfilled merchandise.
5. PRODUCTS THAT ARE DAMAGED AFTER DELIVERY
L OR Fashion Design IS NOT responsible for damage resulting from:
- Improper use
- Accidental damage
- Improper washing or care
- Alterations
- Normal wear and tears
- Failure to follow provided care instructions
- Damage occurring after delivery that is unrelated to a manufacturing defect
6. SIZE AND FIT
Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size.
Please carefully review the size chart, measurements, product description, and fit information provided on the product page before purchasing.
L OR Fashion Design does not accept returns or exchanges because of incorrect size selection or personal fit preference.
7. COLOR AND PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Product colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer's monitor, mobile device, lighting, or display settings.
L OR Fashion Design does not accept returns or exchanges because of minor differences in perceived color or appearance resulting from individual device or display settings.
8. REFUNDS
Except for an approved claim involving REPLACEMENT of incorrectly fulfilled products, L OR Fashion Design does not issue refunds for completed purchases.
9. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where L OR Fashion Design determines otherwise in connection with an approved damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled order.
